π Manhattan, NY
Modern cinema near Union Square featuring heated reclining seats, full bar service, and comfortable viewing experience. Best suited for families with older children who can appreciate the premium amenities.
I have been to many AMC location and this one I tried for the first time since I am an A-list member and I only try theaters closer to my house. went to watch Top gun the last show @10:00 pm, I went there and ordered food, the service was good and every one nice and polite. went to the screen, it was digital not too big screen but the seats were really comfortable and they were heated too. there was a tray for drinks and food to keep, I have never seen these kind of seats in any AMC yet. And there is also hard liquor bar available at this location. loved it, and also the theater was clean. full starts for this location.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with older kids who can appreciate the premium amenities like heated reclining seats and full bar service. The theater offers a comfortable movie experience but comes with typical AMC pricing premiums. Parents should be aware of occasional pest control issues that may affect the experience.

βI canβt lie, single best AMC movie theater Iβve ever been to. I mostly attribute this to the heated reclining seats (which I love cause my body runs cold) but the staff here was so lovely. I throughly enjoyed their chicken tendies as well. In case anyone cared, I saw βeternityβ here. The only thing I hate about amc is that they always want to segregate a girl on the snack line by having a non member vs members section. Itβs fine. I just have to get my money up to afford a membership but I loved it here. 10/10.β

βAn AMC theater near Union Square. Refurbished from how it used to be. The seats recline but not fully up for the legs. I find the tray to be too far in to really relax and see the movie nicely. Staff are friendly. Tickets are $13 before 4 pm and $17 after 4 pm for seniors. Refreshments are expensive. There is even a bar here which is a novelty. Restrooms (washrooms) are downstairs and one can take the escalator or elevator. Yesterday I went to see βAnoraβ and because it was a re-release having won awards at the Oscars it cost me $8. I didnβt take any popcorn as that was $9.79 for a small! More than the ticket price.β

βSaw Sinners at AMC 19th Street. Glad to know that I was one of few POC in the cinema that night. I normally sit further back, centered. However, sitting 4 rows back from the screen wasnβt bad, but will still never be my first choice. Tickets were almost sold out, hence the seat. Overall, good experience. Also appreciated the fully stocked bar. Dope spot!β
