Cinemark Baldwin Hills Crenshaw and XD

“I have lived around this area for 30 years and more, and have seen this theater go from "Magic Johnson Theater" to Cinemark theaters. And, it was great in both cases! There, are time when the counter order area gets a little dirty looking, but this store makes up for that with their tremendous Customer service! Norberto Contraras, is one of the Managers there and he "ALWAYS" looks out for the Patrons here! I could go to many other theaters. But, I PURPOSELY CHOOSE THIS ONE, because of the customer service they provide. I feel safe and there is a constant presence of Security on location. All, of their ticket check-in staff are acceptionally and genuinely courteous. This, is a "kid friendly" location where they manage kids and students well when they visit. It's, pleasant to go into your local area, and find the kind of GOOD, wholesome interactions, that I experience at this Theater all the time...and it is a constant at thiat this Cinemark provides. If, you plan to go to the movies, make sure you visit CINEMARK CRENSHAW BALDWIN HILLS THEATER location! Norberto Contraras, is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what he does in Customer Service!! “Please be careful with this place. I have been a customer for about 6 years and Intruly appreciate the great staff but I have encountered some unhinged security guards there on a few occasions. One was last night I went to see a movie, and a short man that was a security guard approached in a rude and disrespectful manner while I was waiting for my ride. Charging my phone. I am handicapped and walk with a walker cane. I asked to speak to a manager and there was a young Mexican young man who was going to speak to me but then a young black man who claimed to be a manager came over. Smirk on face and did not take my complaint seriously. While the security was still being rude. This is unacceptable behavior and is not good for the community at all. He continues to make rude comments and showed no care for my safety or concern. So please be careful when attending this place.”
