Cinemark Baldwin Hills Crenshaw and XD

“I have lived around this area for 30 years and more, and have seen this theater go from "Magic Johnson Theater" to Cinemark theaters. And, it was great in both cases! There, are time when the counter order area gets a little dirty looking, but this store makes up for that with their tremendous Customer service! Norberto Contraras, is one of the Managers there and he "ALWAYS" looks out for the Patrons here! I could go to many other theaters. But, I PURPOSELY CHOOSE THIS ONE, because of the customer service they provide. I feel safe and there is a constant presence of Security on location. All, of their ticket check-in staff are acceptionally and genuinely courteous. This, is a "kid friendly" location where they manage kids and students well when they visit. It's, pleasant to go into your local area, and find the kind of GOOD, wholesome interactions, that I experience at this Theater all the time...and it is a constant at thiat this Cinemark provides. If, you plan to go to the movies, make sure you visit CINEMARK CRENSHAW BALDWIN HILLS THEATER location! Norberto Contraras, is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what he does in Customer Service!!
