This indoor play center offers good facilities and party options, but families should be aware of potential issues with management's approach to children. Best suited for families comfortable with strict supervision, though parents seeking an inclusive, welcoming environment may want to consider alternatives.

βAs a local resident, Iβve really wanted to love this place. Iβm a special educator and was really excited to have an offering like this in our town. Iβve patronized various times and celebrated my daughterβs 3rd bday here. The set up is great, with a party room. The place is always clean. The issue is the ownerβs attitude. At my daughterβs birthday, she was constantly policing my then 7 year old. She even yelled across the room at one point. We spoke after some of the guests mentioned how she was speaking to my daughter. At that time, she suggested OT and while I wasnβt offended- it was inappropriate. Since then we have returned various times and tonight my husband took the girls for the last couple of hours before closing. In that 1.5 hrs, even though other kids were playing- she singled out my daughter and said sheβd just cleaned up so to clean up after. She also told my husband that if my older daughter, who was spinning threw up heβd have to clean it. As a business that serves people with exceptionalities and struggle to fit in comfortably in other spaces, itβs discouraging and disappointing that her attitude is so rude. Even when kids donβt notice, grown ups do. If you are serving our community- do better. You run a business- we pay to visit and play. There is a kind and professional way to talk to people. Unfortunately, I wonβt take my children back.β
