This place is fantastic! The gym facilities are top-notch, the basketball court is great, and the theater is not only well-maintained but also has a unique, creative vibe. The facilities team is clearly on the ball—they keep everything running smoothly and it shows. There’s always something exciting going on here, from community events to awesome open mic nights. You can also tell the leadership really cares—there have been some impressive upgrades throughout the building over the past couple of years. A truly well-run, welcoming space!

“The fitness area at the 14th Street Y is generally clean and well kept, which I appreciate. One concern, though, is that many members do not wipe down the machines after using them. Since there aren’t attendants assigned to handle this, I think it would be very helpful if the gym placed clear and visible signs reminding members to clean the equipment once they’re finished. This would go a long way in maintaining hygiene and making the space more pleasant for everyone”
