“I wish I got the name of the young lady who helped us today. She had to be a manager or supervisor. We purchased tickets for the fresh meadows locations and I made the mistake of thinking I purchased Bayside. The movie started at 5pm we had our drinks and snacks with the kids. When we realized the tickets wouldnt scan because we weren't at the right place.She was so quick to help us secure some seats to see the movie there and thankfully they had 4 seats for us. Kindness and great customer service is so rare these days and I appreciated her so much.”

“The popcorn were buttery. Most of them are all popped but there were still a few kernels. Even though the theater didn’t fit a lot of people, the seats could recline and it was really comfortable. From my experience, the movie itself was great and the screen and sound was good too. Overall, this movie theater is small but it has good seats which theaters have less now.”

“Not a perfect AMC, but it gets the job done. The seats don’t always work, and I wish it was a larger theater. However, the workers have always been really nice and good at their jobs. The food has always been fresh, and I enjoy the discount tickets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.”

“Cute little theater, staff is very friendly and the place is kept nice and clean. So why 3 stars ? Well.. for starters, the recliners are a hit or miss, 50/50 you'll get a working or a non working chair. The theater rooms themselves are outdated and a couple of them have some sound system issues (high notes sound as if they are playing off $20 computer speakers). If you're looking for a chill, clean cinema, and not going in for a major title, it's a good spot. If you're looking for a real cinema experience (huge screen, great sound), go elsewhere.”
